Under an Zero20, you can get credits for value-enhancing home renovations that you undertake. |

| In particular, you can benefit from any increase your improvements add to the value of your property by asking for that amount to be taken into consideration later when your Zero20 repayment amount is calculated. |
| This happens when you sell the property or repay the Zero20 for some other reason provided your improvements were approved before they commenced. |
| Please note that the amount you spend and the value of your property must increase by at least $20,000 before approval for your improvement may be obtained. |
